What the record uses
The published record draws from a filed court complaint, signed agreements, transaction records, messages, account and access histories, client records, repository archives, and public regulatory filings. Evidence pages link directly to the records available for public review.
How the evidence is presented
Private identifiers are redacted where publication is unnecessary. Captions describe what each visible record shows. Dates, amounts, names, and quotations are retained when they are material to understanding the conduct documented in the complaint.
